With a keen interest in construction and land development In 2005 Domenic’s sons Gino and Domenic Jr. have created Chiaravalle Developments Inc. As a family the Chiaravalle’s are proud to carry on their tradition using their knowledge and achievements of building more exclusive communities. Together they will thoughtfully design homes to meet all your needs and values.

Chiaravalle Developments Inc.(CDI) is a 2nd generation of family home builders, with more than 21 years of knowledge and expertise in family home construction and building. The Chiaravalle brothers work closely together to build your dreams into reality!

CDI was founded by Domenic and Gino Chiaravalle in 2005 and has since been bringing our esteemed customers thoughtfully designed, environmentally mindful and value-conscious home builds.
